How To cook a chocolate cake with a micro wave?

Today is your mother's birthday and you forgot to buy a cake, unfortunately all shops are closed.
You don't know what to do because she will be at home shortly.

Don’t worry, we have the solution!

You just need 10 minutes to prepare a wonderful cake and 5 minutes to cook it!
For the cake you will need:
125g of chocolate
1 plain tsp. of baking powder
100g of sugar
2 plain tbsps. of cream
100g of butter
3 eggs

For the glaze (to add on the top of the cake)
2 tbsp. of water
60 g of chocolate
2 tbsps. of cream
1 tbsps. of icing sugar

How to prepare it?
1) Melt the chocolate in a large bowl 1 min on maximum power.
2) Add the butter in pieces, and 1 min annealing, mixing well to the oven.
3) Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl, add the chocolate and the butter, flour, baking powder and cream.
4) Lined with parchment paper on the bottom of a round pan (diameter 22 cm) transparent to microwave, and pour the mixture.
5) Cook 5 to 6 minutes at maximum power and check to make sure the cake is cooked properly: the knife should come out clean, even if the surface of the cake you seem wet.
6) Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.

The glaze
Prepare the glaze when the cake slightly chilled: Melt the chocolate with the water and sugar 40 seconds maximum power.
When melted, mix well and add 2 tablespoons of cream, pour the cake.

My opinion? It's easy, quick and tasty!
