How To make yourself a facial mask (by using food that's lying in your kitchen!)


The week is finally over : time to relax and take care of yourself. If you find it a little pricey to go to a salon and get a facial, don’t worry, we've just found for you the perfect alternative: 



You can use food that is just sitting in your kitchen! And here’s how to do it in just 11 basic steps!

ALL YOU NEED IS:

Honey, plain yogurt,  some oameal
cucumber (about 3-4 slices)
banana(s), pineapple (1 chunk)














The Steps are as follows:


Mix the oatmeal and the yoghurt together.
Put about three fingers worth on your face in a circular motion.
Leave this minute on your face for about one minute and then rinse it off.
Take some boiling water, put it in a bowl and let the steam hover over your face.
Mix the banana and the honey together.
Spread evenly over your face.
Put the cucumber slices over your eyes.
After 5 minutes, rinse the mix off your face.
Take a small chunk of pineapple and rub it on your face.
After about 30 seconds, totally rinse your face.
Finally, pat dry your face with a soft towel.

After about 10 minutes, apply some moisturiser.


So not only is it quick, it’s easy to pamper yourself !
